Not every situation is the same, so we will provide pricing options to fit individual needs. An owner will be on site during most of our jobs, so you can discuss any changes to scope or pricing and any problems can be resolved on site. All of our employees have been properly trained, bonded and background checks have been done.
Our Company is dedicated to provide the best service in the industry and is willing to do the little extras to make our customers happy. We want to have customers remember our service and call us back and refer us to all of their friends. One of the owners has been an Insurance Adjuster and has experience working claims and can discuss the claim process, while working with your Insurance Adjuster.
The two other owners, are bilingual in Spanish and Sign Language. They will be able to explain all of the procedures, pricing and paperwork to our Spanish speaking and hearing impaired customers. We will provide informative paperwork to explain our cleaning and restoration procedures. We will also have all MSDS data sheets available to our customers on all the chemicals used in their home.
